Problem:
Computational notebooks, despite their interactive capabilities, struggle to effectively facilitate collaboration among users, hindering knowledge sharing and teamwork in scientific modeling projects.
Solution:
Terarium addresses the limitations of existing computational notebooks by prioritizing accessibility, flexibility, and code transparency. To enhance collaboration and improve the conversation around scientific modeling tools, Terarium introduced:
• A workflow editor for connecting notebooks and integrating modeling assets seamlessly.
• Dual-modality nodes that provide both wizard and notebook views for streamlined operations and easier learning.
• Integrated AI assistance to support users of all programming skill levels.

Team:
I collaborated with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and new features that aligned with unique user needs. Throughout the project, I worked closely with a team of engineers, providing design feedback to ensure the application met the intended designs. Additionally, I contributed to front-end coding by making minor adjustments to align the application with our design vision.
