Problem: ATB team members were struggling with an old, complex debit card maintenance tool that was far too time intensive.
Solution: Through research we identified pain points with the current debit card maintenance process and worked to streamline and simplify the application in the redesign.
Result: The new Debit Card Maintenance tool is a big hit with team members. They enjoy using it as it’s speedy, easy to use and a simplified experience.
Team: I collaborated with a researcher and product owner to identify areas of improvement and new features to meet user and business needs. I also worked with a squad of developers building out the application.
